Enquiries

Please check the availability calendar before enquiring (Scroll down for enquiry form) and note the minimum stay at particular times of year. Much of winter is a 3 night minimum charge (but you can stay for 2 and have the 3rd day in the cottage rather than having to be out in the morning).   One week minimum applies for all of the summer months and most of Spring and Autumn. The cottage sleeps a maximum of four, including children, who must be over five years old as the cottage is unsuitable for infants. We do not accept pets or smokers, for the comfort of our allergic visitors.

I am happy to receive email enquiries at any time and will normally respond within hours if not minutes.  A delay of more than 8 hours will be rare unless it is over my sleeping time so if you have no received a reply very quickly, please check your spam as my reply may have landed in there (powered by google and some particularly stringent firewalls lock out googlemail).

You are also welcome to telephone me but please be aware that I may be out or away or may not be sitting in front of my computer with all the rate details but I am happy to answer any general queries you may have. Please, if you are phoning from overseas, be mindful of time differences and telephone only between 9 am and 9 pm London time.

Languages: although I can communicate in French and German and understand both reasonably well, my speaking ability is limited so it is fine for email and listening to you on the phone but I may struggle a bit orally with a perfect response!
